I painted this painting of my neice Elizabeth who recently moved to NYC! She and her sister are both great photographers with an edgy style I love. I loved this shot that her sister Catherine took of her lens flair and all! Shooting towards the sun can create some cool effects. I wanted to keep this loose, show the cool sunlight and shadows and hint at the architecture and perspective without describing too much.
